Our Relax Massages are whole-body hands on treatments that uses different kind of massaging techniques like, pressure, stroking, rubbing and kneading. Designed to ease pain and tension and relax the muscles and joints.
Our full body massages are 60 minutes and only in combination with an Infrared Sauna Heat Session. Infrared heat therapy before your massage means you will arrive at the massage table more relaxed. Your muscles will be warm and in prime condition for deeper stretching and tension relief.
