At Soak Urban Wellness you need to pre-book and reserve your facilities online. You can make an online booking up to 12 hours before the start of your appointment.

(Pre) payment policy

Our facilities are private use only. This means that we reserve the space especially for you. We prepare your wellness, pre-heat the sauna(s), plan staff etc. Last minute cancellations or no show means we cannot offer the wellness to other quests anymore. Paying (a deposit) for your reservation shows that you intend to show up.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, we require that you cancel online 24 hours before your booked appointment (you can find the cancellation link in your confirmation email). Sessions cancelled before the deadline will be rescheduled, credited or refunded. Changes or cancellations after the deadline or no shows will be billed for the full session.


Refunds are made by regular bank transfer.

If you request a refund for payments made with creditcard there are a few considerations. Because you didn’t pay us directly we don’t have acces to your bank details. Therefore you have to provide us with your bank account number and account name. We will refund your payment minus your creditcard company processing fee charges to us (approximately 2% – 3,5%).

Giftvouchers (1 year valid after issue date) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money in part or full.
